Guinsoo has returned to teasing us with tasty information on twitter by tweeting about a proposed kit change for Karma. While this doesn't give us any specifics, it does show that Riot is working hard to update one of the least popular supports.
edit: Looks like Guinsoo gave us a bit more information. One tweet mentions a knock back on Heavenly Wave ( with mantra active ) and the inability to target enemies with your Spirit Bond ability.
